Nottingham started as a residential building and land development company in 1989. Since its conception, this family-owned company rooted itself in the industry with deep ties to community and family. We started building single family homes for several years and have now progressed to commercial general contracting for more than 15 years. Since the inception of the company family is priority one, currently the company’s daily operation is under the guidance of Nottingham’s third generation owner. We are currently licensed in 6 states and continuing to expand. We have completed projects for national retail and drug stores. Our work involves new construction, remodeling, and facility fit- outs.
